Welcome
We’re Glad You’re Here

Gallaway Consulting Group (GCG) is a woman-led social impact design and delivery firm. We believe that each of us has an important role to play in shaping a future that is more joyful and just.

Through the hallmarks of our social change work - Organizational Development, Public Speaking & Storytelling, and Audience Engagement - we provide strategic partnership to help organizations more effectively reach their missions, tell their stories, and engage their stakeholders.

If you are seeking a collaborative style, a holistic suite of multidisciplinary skill-sets, and a values-driven team that will strengthen people-centered programs, policies, and practices, we can help.

A Proven Portfolio of Social Change Initiatives

Our robust portfolio includes local, state-wide, regional, and national partners, including nonprofit organizations, academic institutions, purpose-driven corporations, social entrepreneurs, government entities, and cross-sector programs. At the heart of each collaboration is a commitment to equity and opportunity for historically marginalized groups. GCG has supported and managed a wide range of social changes initiatives, including but not limited to: arts activism; childhood chronic health and developmental conditions; climate justice; early literacy access; educational equity; intersectional feminist movement building; positive youth development and workforce readiness; violence prevention and healing; cultural and community expression and celebration; creative placemaking; social and civic entrepreneurship; and participatory and trust-based philanthropic practices.

A Unique Collective Model

GCG operates in an intentionally designed and highly collaborative Collective model (The GCG Collective). Together, we are a diverse group of independent social impact leaders and woman-led consulting firms who find warmth and value in working together on complex social change initiatives. We holistically assess intersecting organizational and program areas and apply our multidisciplinary skill sets to reduce silos and sustainably connect people, purpose, and partnerships. We are your trusted partners on this journey where there is no one size fits all approach. And we love to lift up the hood and add extra value by providing tools and guidance you may not even know you need. We’ll work side-by-side with you as trusted thought-partners, detectives, researchers, strategists, doers, facilitators, and creative thinkers.

 Our Values

  • Our collaborative and community-centered approach is baked into our internal operations and partnership work. It is our charge to design and support community-led processes that lead to equitable actions reflective of community needs and desires. We believe mission-fulfillment is only realized when organizations work together and restoratively with all of their stakeholders.

  • We approach the work with a curious spirit, creative bent, and learners’ mindset. We honor the complexity of social change initiatives with holistic insights and welcome divergent thinking and emergent strategies with promise. We believe in the innovative possibilities that surface when imagination is invited into every room.

  • We reject oppression and white supremacy and reach for the world as it should be. We apply a fiercely anti-racist, equity-centered, and intersectional feminist worldview to support our partners in setting equitable and inclusive goals and taking immediate action to bring values and purpose into alignment. We believe in the urgency of now to realize a vibrant cultural and civic life that encourages and celebrates difference and offers equitable opportunity and agency to all people.

  • We believe that transparency makes personal and organizational values visible, encouraging discourse and dissent in service of mission alignment. We value relational practices as the foundation for trust-building and commit to open communication, direct feedback, transparent processes, and the integrity to choose courage over comfort in challenging situations.

  • Each of us is much more than the sum of our professional lives. We believe that the reinforcing cycles of empathy and gratitude are a critical component of healthy relationships, partnerships, and our bonds to each other as fellow humans of the world.

 Our Commitment to Equity

We envision a world that honors our shared humanity and offers social, civic, economic, and environmental prosperity to all people.

Our social impact work is driven by urgency and optimism. We believe that leadership for a more equitable and inclusive world is only realized when all hands and hearts are in motion. Each of us has an important role to play in shaping a future that is more joyful and just.

As responsible advocates and allies, we commit to countering systems of oppression by increasing awareness of organizational and structural barriers to equity and encouraging the adoption of inclusive policies and practices. We are not the decision makers, rather we are partners in elevating and supporting community-led processes and outcomes. Our collaborations emphasize and include the perspectives of the people that an organization aims to serve and honor the legacy of lived and learned experience that is present in every community. When a vibrant, diverse, and inclusive table is set, community needs are attended to holistically and hopes and dreams flourish.

We will lean in and learn together as partners to collectively strengthen and advance equity and impact at scale.
